Roof Survey in Tunbridge Wells after Storm Dennis
Following storm Dennis, DMP carried out a roof survey to a Listed Property in the Lower Pantiles in Tunbridge Wells.
During a previous inspection pre Christmas DMP had advised the client to overhaul the existing pitch roof. We Identified multiple failures to the roof membrane, however these works had not been completed, yet and are not the cause of the recent water ingress into the building.
With limited access we have inspected the front parapet and elevation from a safe point at roof level. We have advised the client that a more detailed inspection is required from a scaffold to the front elevation and therefore the client shall be instructing their scaffold contractor for provide the necessary safe access. Further works include flat roof overhaul, new fascias and gutters and external decorations which shall commence in early spring.
Significantly, DMP also offer a Drone Service, which provide a more efficient customer experience and help keep costs and time down. After recently introducing this innovative service our customers have been exceedingly impressed with the more efficient service, providing a smarter alternative to more conventional methods of assessing, resulting in giving our customers a more stress free and unique customer experience.
