Another happy client. DMP are to receive GRANTED planning permission from Tonbridge and Malling Council.
The new design to the semi detached 1950’s dwelling involve front and rear extension to ground and first floors. Extensive loft conversion, roof extension and insertion of 9 no. roof lights to main roof.
In addition, as part of the application DMP provided to the planning department a BRE 45 degree sunlight and daylight test. Thus, to ensure the adjoining property ground floor doors are not affected by the proposals.
Importantly, in accordance with paragraph 130 NPPF Policy CP24 of the Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council (TMBC) Core Strategy 2007 and Saved Policy P4/12 TMBC Local Plan, the proposals to the front and rear elevations in terms of scale and materials proposed as designed by DMP were considered acceptable by the planning officer.
