Residential Planning GRANTED in Burwash

Following our newsfeed 20th August 2020 and DMP’s Building Survey & Acquisition Report on a 5 bedroom detached property near Burwash.

DMP are pleased to have obtained planning permission for replacement of existing conservatory with full length Orangery to rear of house. In addition, We had successfully obtained previously permissions for extension to existing garage/workshop outbuilding.

Having worked with the client once they had settled in to undertake a feasibility on optional proposals for rear extension, internal alterations and demolition of existing elements of the main house, a final scheme was prepared and submitted to Rother District Council for determination.

DMP are now instructed to proceed with the construction drawings and detailed specification of works to then obtain on behalf of the client competitive quotations for the works.

We look forward to working with the client in early 2022 in order to administer the contract between the client and the contractor.
