Client Satisfaction Results Are In!
As part of our continual improvement, and commitment to both our clients and ISO9001 Quality Management Certification, DMP gather our client satisfaction feedback throughout the year.
Gathering this feedback from our clients about their experience is critically important to us. Significantly, It helps to drive our decisions for improvements, enhancements and training for the future.
We are extremely pleased to see that these results achieved are an even higher level of satisfaction than previous surveys.
Below are some headline results from our Quarter 1 analysis
- 96% of client score us “Excellent
- 6% of clients score us “Good”
- 100% of clients would recommend us
- 100% of clients said their aims & objectives were met
Importantly, its worth mentioning that DMP has grown on the basis of repeat business. We believe in establishing strong relationships with our clients which develop into partnerships for the future.
Quarter 1 results illustrates
- 36% new jobs are from existing clients
- 20% new jobs are from recommendations
In addition, we are proud to be in the shortlist for Invicta Chamber of Commerce Business Awards category “Excellence in Customer Service”. Results announced shortly. Wish us luck!
