Planning & Listed Building Consent submitted in Maidstone
DMP have been instructed by a new client to undertake a detailed measured survey and submit Planning and Listed Building Consent for a grade II listed property in Maidstone.
The building comprises of an existing retail unit and self contained vacant first and second floor offices.
Our client wishes to consider the proposed conversion of the upper parts to provide new residential accommodation.
Initially two optional layouts were created for our clients review, now a preferred option is in final development. Detailed planning and listed building consent drawings submitted for consideration by the Planning Officer and Conservation Officer at Maidstone Borough Council.
In addition, DMP will prepare a detailed Design and Access Statement alongside a Heritage Statement. Taking on board, local and national policies and where possible maintaining the original and historical elements.
