on Community Hall in Rusthall

DMP appointed by one of the trustees of a popular community hall in Tunbridge Wells to achieve planning permission.

The project is to add a rear extension to the property for the use of additional storage.

Stage 1 – DMP carried out a detailed measured survey on the Hall to produce “as existing” drawings.

Stage 2 – Understanding our clients brief, our architectural team produced “proposed” drawings for our clients approval.

Stage 3 – Planning drawings successfully prepared. A Full Planning Application submitted to Tunbridge Wells Borough Council for their consideration.
