Project Administration Assistant

We are excited to be recruiting for a Project Admin Assistant to join our friendly team based in Tunbridge Wells.

DMP Surveyors and Architectural Consultancy, is an ambitious and forward-thinking business which offers building surveying, design, and project management across London and Southeast.

In this new role you will be mentored by our experienced Business Support Manager, who will help you progress and develop. Excellent opportunity to learn new skills.

This exciting opportunity is a Kickstart 6 month placement available to 18 – 24 year olds in receipt of Universal Credit.

Job Description

You will gain experience in the following areas of project business support –

  • How to organise and file records of project activity, including planning applications.
  • Arrange utilities applications.
  • File project related information.
  • Project communications – Answering phones, connecting calls to colleagues, taking messages, sending emails, scheduling appointments.
  • Educating clients about what products/services are available.
  • Building relationships with clients and contractors.
  • Organising project meetings and send diary invites.
  • Preparing meeting rooms by setting up chairs and getting refreshments.
  • Participating in project meetings and taking meeting minutes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to someone who is looking to get a “Kickstart” into the industry, learn the roots of an office role within a building surveying environment. Total 25 hours per week.
