DMP have provided an internal and external inspection of a substantial Grade II listed office building based in Tunbridge Wells.

Currently DMP are busy completing a number of detailed Schedule of Condition for a range of commercial clients across the South East.
Last week a commercial Schedule of Condition was carried out for a new client acquiring a Bar and Restaurant in Tunbridge Wells with new lease terms.
A trusted client (Landlord) approached us regarding the significant issues with damp in the basement of their tenanted commercial property.
Our specialist surveyor investigated the basement parts, high levels of damp, condensation and moisture build-up.
Instructed to complete a full building survey on an interesting period property that has been extensively altered over the years since its original construction circa 1900’s.
DMP were instructed to undertake a full residential building survey in Tunbridge Wells. The property comprised of a 1970’s semi-detached property located within the village of Hawkenbury, nearby to Tunbridge Wells.
