Following our newsfeed 18th February extension and conversion works are progressing well on site.
DMP are currently administering the JCT Intermediate Contract between the client and main contractor.
DMP’s in house Architectural Team are providing ongoing draughting support and coordinating the client appointed structural engineers due to uncovering historic and abnormal structural elements due to age of the construction of the property.
Works to complete new foundations and below ground drainage are progressing well leading up to erection of steel frame to provide new upper floors in April.
