GRANTED Planning Application By Bromley Borough Council for NEW Flats in High Street
Following our newsfeed from 21st August 2019. DMP have received granted planning permission from Bromley Borough Council to provide a further 2 two bedroom flats.
The design allows for a new third floor to the High Street elevation of the main building and a second and third floor extension to the rear. Careful consideration was made with respect the adjoining owners for maximising daylight and preventing overlooking.
The terraced 1950’s property located in the heart of Bromley has been vacant for twelve months. Following two successful planning applications 6 one and two bedroom flats shall now be provided maximising the upper parts whilst maintaining retail offering at basement and ground floor. Occupied by a temporary retail tenant who is not occupying the accommodation to its maximum use.
We are instructed to provide Building Regulations and Construction Drawings and Project Manage the proposed works.
