DMP have complete a Building Survey & Acquisition Report a for an international client looking to relocate to the UK.
The property located in the popular Wealden village of Brenchley, Kent.
The 2500 sq ft detached house set over stunning ground. The first floor had been extended and altered for the current owners. Now providing a substantial 5 bedroomed family home from its original construction in the mid 1980’s.
During our inspection the property was found to be in fair decorative order with limited repairs to the existing fabric. However, our client is looking to extensively alter and renovate the property.

Furthermore, providing an additional service, on completion of the purchase DMP’s in-house architectural technicians have prepared detailed planning drawings.
In particular for ground floor side and rear extensions. Plus, the conversion of existing integral garage, to provide further accommodation and erection of a detached 2 bay oak framed garage.
Acting as Agent of behalf of the client, DMP have submitted a Householder planning application to Tunbridge Wells Borough Council which is currently under consideration.
