DMP instructed on behalf of client to administer the contract for the repairs and refurbishment of Grade II commercial property. Ideally located just off Tunbridge Wells High Street, a stones through from DMP’s offices.
Our client, who has recently acquired the vacant retail premises, is looking to provide a self-contained retail unit at ground floor with separate access to the upper parts providing newly refurbished office accommodation.
DMP are currently preparing the detailed schedule of works and the necessary drawings and supporting notes for Building Regulations Approval.
We are planning for works to commence mid-August 2021.
