A previous hand drawn sketch scheme had been prepared for planning and listed building purposes. However the client became aware on receipt of granted planning permission that more carefully design detailing is required given the sensitivity of the listed status of the property and the proposed external materials to be used. Specifically to ensure design harmony with the varying materials. In particular, from handmade brickwork, timber casement & sliding windows to match existing. Plus, external standing seam cladding and integration of solar roof tiles.
Moving forward, DMP’s experienced Architectural Technicians have now complete the detailed construction drawings. Our client to issue to his appointed contractor and sub-contractors.
