Changes in EPC Regulations to be Put in Place in 2018
From the 1st of April 2018 it will become illegal to grant or renew leases for commercial units that have an Energy Performance Certificate rating of F or G.
An EPC rates the energy efficiency of a property from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient).
