We were of the opinion that the property was constructed late 18th century. As you can see from the images, clear sign of Georgian architecture with the symmetry and uniformity of timber sash windows to the external fa├žade. Furthermore, the use of ornate detailing to the portico and at eaves level. The building style in cohesion with the immediate local surroundings.
