Brownfield Redevelopment: Mole Valley Council
Following our news feed on 3rd April receiving granted Change of Use B1 class to provide 4 or 5 residential dwellings. DMP have received granted permission for external alterations, window replacement and new rooflights from Mole Valley Council.
DMP have met the planning officer on the proposed redevelopment site to provide a total of nine residential units.
The interesting scheme prepared by our in-house architectural team to achieve layouts that meet minimum room standards and Approved Documents.
In addition, DMP have undertook and prepared a detailed Flood Risk Assessment as the site lies within Flood Risk Zones 2 & 3. With careful consideration made to the proposed internal floor layouts. Specifically detailing the floor levels after reviewing a detailed topographical survey of the site.
The planning decision is expected at the end of July 2019.
