RESIDENTIAL CONVERSION FLYING ALONG IN WALLINGTON
DMP make recent inspection in Wallington following easing of lockdown.
The contractor is now flying through the works now materials are being readily available for example plasterboard and plaster where there have been shortages.
The works are progressing well and to a very high standard. The first phase to provide 3 no. 1 bedroom flats shall be completed for mid summer 2020.

MEASURING UP IN WORTHING HIGH STREET
Approached by an exciting client, our DMP surveyors fulfilled a measured survey and scheme development on a retail property in Worthing, High Street.
While observing social distancing and working according to Covid-19 safety procedures, the vacant restaurant (Class A3 food & drink) in Warwick Street, previously spanning ground & 1st, 2nd floors with an additional staff room at the 4th floor, is an ideal candidate for renovation.
TERMINAL SCHEDULE OF DILAPIDATIONS IN HAYWARDS HEATH
DMP surveyors carried out a survey in South Road, Haywards Heath. Specifically in respect with preparation of Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations.
Due to the tenure and condition of the retail property over ground, first and second floors DMP also undertook a detailed measured survey in order exact measurements are used to quantify costs for repairs and reinstatement.

TO BE, OR “KNOTWEED” TO BE, FULL SURVEY IN TUNBRIDGE WELLS
DMP fulfilled a full building survey of a 5 bedroom detached property in Tunbridge Wells. The client prior to the instruction had made DMP aware of potential Japanese Knotweed at an adjoining property.
During the detailed inspection, which also included a drone roof survey, clear ariel access to the neighbouring property fulfilled to ascertain the exact location and amount of Japanese Knotweed.
DMP BUSINESS GROWTH IN BROMLEY HIGH STREET
Through the power of business recommendation, DMP undertook a full measured survey of a large mixed use retail and office property in Bromley High Street.
Having achieved the measured survey, including topographical survey, we are currently preparing for the client a set of existing drawings including elevations and supporting photographic schedule of the approximate 10,000 sq ft property over ground, first and second floors.
