Approached by a new client, to provide a building survey on an elegant Victorian villa property that they were purchasing on a prestigious road within Tunbridge Wells.

Lansdowne Road is a particularly attractive residential central location within Tunbridge Wells. 

During our discussions with the client, it became clear that this was not a usual survey. Our client had offered on a property currently divided into individual flats, with a view to return the property to the original 6/7 bedrooms Victorian villa layout. Owing to the nature of the property and the Conservation Area in which it is situated, the works required full planning permission with sensitivities.
