Building Survey & Fresh Hope for The Stanhope Arms in Brasted
For a new client, DMP fulfilled a Building Survey, Measured and Topographical Survey of vacant pub in Brasted, Westerham Kent.
Interestingly, The Stanhope Arms on Church Lane is registered as an asset of Community Value by Sevenoaks District Council in 2017. Specifically, in order to protect the site from being sold for redevelopment, change of use or even providing the local community the opportunity to purchase the pub should they chose to.
The Stanhope Arms was part of the original Black Eagle Brewery’s pub estate until the brewery’s closure in 1965.
Our client is looking to acquire the freehold interest of the site. Furthermore, refurbish the main pub and outbuildings in order to provide newly enhanced drinking and eating experience.
DMP and our expert surveyors can offer a “one stop shop” service. This includes, Building Survey, Internal Measured Survey and Topographical Survey. In addition, our popular drone roof survey is also part of the service at no extra charge.
