While observing social distancing and working according to Covid-19 safety procedures, the vacant restaurant (Class A3 food & drink) in Warwick Street, previously spanning ground & 1st, 2nd floors with an additional staff room at the 4th floor, is an ideal candidate for renovation. 

Next steps, our talented Architectural Technicians carefully designed and accomplish a scheme development. Specifically, ground floor remain Class A3 and to achieve 3 new 1 x bedroom flats across the remaining property. Maintaining and capturing the beautiful original Victorian features which are unique to this seaside town property. Furthermore, carefully considering the adjoining listed buildings and conservation area criteria.
