Following our newsfeed of 18th December DMP have successfully secured Prior Notification from Southwark Borough Council. Specifically, for the change of use of a vacant ground floor retail unit (A1) to a 1 bedroom flat in East Dulwich.

A further Prior Notification Application has now been made by DMP on behalf of the client to Southwark Council. For consideration for the conversion of the vacant offices to the upper parts to provide further residential accommodation.
