GRANTED Residential Planning for Bromley High Street

DMPs further involvement with providing much needed affordable housing in Bromley continues. Now having achieved planning permission for a further two 2 bedroom flats in Bromley High Street.

Specifically, planning permission sought for internal alterations to first and second floors to provide two flat with a replacement external staircase to the rear.

The granted development will have a high quality of design and limited impact on the amenity of neighbouring occupiers. The standard of accommodation to be created will be excellent, located in a desirable and popular position. Furthermore, will also meet the councils requirement to increase urgent housing supply.
