DMP have undertaken a Schedule of Condition in connection with a Party Wall Award we are currently administering on behalf of our client in Tunbridge Wells.

The proposed works include a lower ground floor single storey rear extension with a feature roof lantern and loft conversion to provide a new master bedroom with en suite.
