Planning Submitted for Georgian Town House in Tunbridge Wells
DMP have submitted planning applications for Householder Planning and Listed Building Consent for window replacement grade II listed property. This four-bedroom Georgian town house is located in the heart of Tunbridge Wells, adjacent to Grove Park.
DMP prepared a detailed planning package for the applicant’s renovations; the window replacement works shall look to provide Slimlite double glazed sash and casement windows to the front and rear elevations. The submission also includes a new casement window to the 2nd floor en-suite.
The aim is to improve the living standard and thermal properties to the property whilst maintaining the aesthetic appearance of this period home with new windows to be as closely matching as possible to the existing.
