DMP Project Manage Conversion in Woolwich
Having secured Permitted Development prior notification from the Royal Borough of Greenwich in 2014 for office space (B1) to residential use (C3), DMP are currently finalising the detailed specification to provide three x 2 bedroom apartments.
The conversion shall look to retain many original features such as a staircase and balustrades; sash windows, skirting and architraves. DMP shall be Project Managing the conversion and substantial building fabric and structural repairs over the course of a 20 week programme
