DMP Proving Popular to undertake EPC’s
In recent months we have seen a surge in requests for EPCS in commercial properties in various locations across the South East, including Tenterden, Hawkhurst, Tunbridge Wells and Hornchurch, Essex to name a few.
An EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) indicates the energy efficiency of a property and can range from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient). By law, an EPC must be provided whenever a property is built, sold or rented. EPCs are valid for ten years. The government’s EPC register allows you to view the EPCs of other properties so you can compare your building’s energy performance with others – this can be seen at https://www.epcregister.com/.
Please do contact us on 01892 534455 if you require a Residential EPC or Commercial EPC for construction of new building, a new lease or sale of property and we’ll be happy to provide you with a competitive quote.
