Costed Schedule of Works for Mews Properties in North London

DMP were approached by a new Client to produce a costed schedule of works for the required external maintenance and improvements works; a mews of 23 properties. Following an initial site visit to establish the Client’s requirements DMP returned to carry out a full site inspection in order to prepare the Schedule of works. All of our Client’s desired works were incorporated and some additional repairs/maintenance items were highlighted. DMP were able to present solutions for review with alternatives in order to meet the performance requirements but also to suit the Client’s aesthetics for the mews.

Works included general maintenance items including redecoration and repointing whilst also including ideas and possibilities for a Green Wall.

Once the schedule of works was agreed, a detailed cost exercise was undertaken to provide the client all of the information they required in order to programme works and budget for future expenditure.
