DMP secure Planning for Queens Square, Crawley

Following on from our news item on the 24th January 2017, DMP have today secured full planning permission for internal alterations and new shop front. The granted planning permission by Crawley Borough Council allows for a new street entrance door, access stairs to upper parts for possible future redevelopment and new shop front to self-contained retail unit at ground floor level. Works also include internal alterations and enhanced access arrangement to the rear of the property.

DMP have administered the contract and are monitoring the landlords works with a view to handover the new retail area to the at the beginning of April.
