DMP discharge reserved Planning Conditions for New Build residential scheme in Bristol

DMP are delighted to announce after many months of hard work we have, on behalf of our Client, discharged all pre-commencement Planning conditions, providing a New-Build residential block of apartments in Bristol.

The brownfield site to the rear of a retail/residential parade is to be developed providing a mixture of one, two and three bedroom apartments with associated private landscaped amenity areas and car parking.

We are pleased to have secured the desired outcome for our Client successfully and dealt with the application from initial discussions with the planning officers, continued liaison with consultants and professional consultants during the planning process

DMP coordinated and collaborated with the Landscape Architect, Civil Engineer and Archaeological Consultant to ensure all detailed drawings and reports were in line with Bristol City Councils and third-party requirements.
